Yes it's an age thing. I used to fly home to Australia, arrive at 10.30am after more than 24 hours in the air not counting stops and go to work at 1.30pm. Last trip, I flew home and was out to it for days. Admittedly I had picked up an infection so was sick as well as jet lagged. C'est La vie.
