Yes his kids were afraid I’d want some of his money even though I had told him all I wanted was one of his houses to live in after he died. I didn’t want any money at all. He owned 7 homes which he rented out and a strip of shops. He didn’t have a lot of cash until his mum died and left him $3m. That’s when everything changed.
