Whatever you choose to do, it has to sustainable. I’m losing weight slowly by not denying myself anything but also not eating if I’m not actually hungry and not eating everything on my plate if I feel full. I eat out a lot ( I don’t cook) and most times I have enough food left on my plate for another meal. I’m not too proud to ask for a doggy bag.
