What Is The Love Language That Best Describes How I Receive Love?
Apart from the fact that I don’t understand the question, if I’m on the wrong track or barking up the wrong tree, please forgive me.
The love language that works best for me is being useful — doing things for me, not telling me you love me every five minutes. I also am very receptive to touch rather than words — give me a hug, hold hands with me, nothing overtly sexual, give my neck a massage — it’s where I keep all my stresses — or better still, massage my feet. They can always do with a bit of unpaid attention.
Don’t try to be amorous with me when I’m busy doing something — that is not how to win my heart. My ex used to think he was being cute by standing behind me while I was doing the dishes. “I’ll do the dishes for you while you have a break” is more likely the language of love that I like.
Flowers for no special occasion will be much more appreciated than flowers for Valentine’s Day or my birthday. It shows me that you were thinking of me at some random moment in your day.
