What I do is if I suspect someone of being a gamer from a comment, I’ll check out their stories. I can tell if they’re AI or not. If they’re not, I’ll read their latest story. 99% of the time they are not genuine writers. They just joined Medium, have hundreds of followers, and write generic stuff that’s not personal. Then I report them and block them. And I hope Medium does its job and kicks them off the platform.
