Renting is the pits! We just figured out that we paid over $300,000 to our landlord for the “ pleasure” of living in his “ mouldy mansion”. That could have been Paid off a house mortgage. Yeah the rich cats get richer in Australia. He owns 12 other properties. He’s trying to sell it for $850.000. No buyers as yet. We are laughing. It’s been empty now for over 3 months!
