Recently I have lost two good friends. Both have been best friends at different times of my life, but I haven’t seen either of them for months.
The reason I cannot have a close friendship any longer with either of them is that they have become antivaxxers. And very vocal antivaxxers. One has been sharing absolute garbage on Facebook, trying to influence others not to vaccinate.
The other who’s an avid traveller point-blank refuses vaccination. When I mention you won’t be able to travel, she replies she won’t travel. You could have knocked me over with a feather. She loves travelling!!!
I just can’t have an intelligent conversation with either of them because I think they’re such bloody morons. Yes, I’m judgemental. I’m allowed to be, don’t you think?
