Omg my heart was in my throat. I always thought I'd be useless in an emergency situation but twice I've snapped into action. Like you when it was all over I started shivering and crying although I was calm and authoritative shouting orders to people when I had to. I don't like remembering these incidents and I can't verbally tell anyone what happened even though both the people were strangers to me. Great that you could write about it so well. This story gave me an insight into the sort of person you are.
