Now that's what a vacation should be! I have IBS so group tours are not for me. I have my toilet routine every morning before I head out. When I don't, disasters happen. I get colitis sometimes so I know that pain. I haven't put it down to any one thing. My eldest daughter loves Costa Rica - she has friends who live there. PS the photos are perfect!
