My daughters have creams which relieve the itch but doesn’t cure it of course. My treatment is ice. I travelled all the way from Brisbane to Vienna icing my legs through my compression pantyhose. My eczema was particularly bad that year. When I got to Morocco, I had a scrub at the hamman in Casablanca and I swear she scrubbed 27 layers of skin off my whole body but it cured my eczema for the rest of my trip.
