I've been to Kaiser- Friedrich Therme in Wiesbaden for the day. I felt very naked without my thongs. ( I forgot my flip-flops). I met a couple of American military wives who had just farewelled their hubbies from Frankfurt and were spending a day in the spa as was I. The fresh pretzels and beer kept us alive for the day. It's the only one of your list I've visited.
