It’s the other end of the scale. There’s so much crime and drugs in so called developed nations. There’s no visible crime nor drugs in North Korea. There’s a whole industry supporting prisons. Maybe there would be less crime or drug trafficking if they had the threat of being sent to a labour camp or killed.
