…d never been in my friend’s house, as she got married and moved in there after I’d left California. One thing that was fun to see was a quilted wall-hanging hanging on her wall that I’d made her for her birthday many years ago. The joy I had in seeing how she treasured something I’d made her only reinforces my answer here.
