Interesting that Sacramento is flood-prone. I must look up the stats for Brisbane. We've had a lot of floods recently. The places I've visited in California are LA (Anaheim), San Diego, San Francisco and towns along the coast - Monterey, Carmel, Solvang and Santa Cruz are ones I remember and I think one called Ocean Shores or something like that! It was 1996!
