Inspiring story. Weight gain happens to all of us when we stop training and still eat the same amount of food. I was a swimmer as a teenager. I quit training every morning when I went to Uni. It wasn’t long before the kilos - I was going to say crept- on but it was much quicker than that. I’ve spent my life yo-yo dieting. Now I just try to stay fit and make healthy choices.
