I’m Not The Protesting Type

For only one reason

I’m a member of the Greens Party here in Australia. I could have been involved in quite a few protests, but I’ve refrained for one reason. Really hate crowds — especially crowds where police may be involved. I’m not fond of police either. I do other things: collect signatures, deliver pamphlets to letterboxes, and volunteer on election day.

Even when I was at University, I could have been involved in any number of protests — there were a few students who were professional protesters — I don’t think they attended lectures at all. But not me…sorry to disappoint you.
