I’m like you. I trip and fall a lot. I always have even as a child I was clumsy. But luckily for me I have strong bones. I’ve only broken bones twice in my life. Once was my ribs from the chair I was standing in collapsing underneath me and once, more recently was my kneecap shattering not from a fall but from carrying all my luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. They put my kneecaps back on the knee replacements. I don’t know why they didn’t attach fake kneecaps! My sister has osteoporosis and has some sort of infusion every few months. Luckily she’s not clumsy at all. You’re right. Each of us has issues as we age and we just have to accept our limitations and make the best of our lives. Sending healing energy your way. 💛
