I'm a superhost too. I rent my house so it's old so everything isn't perfect. The landlord suggested airbnb to help me pay the rent. It's cheap, comfortable, a friendly host (me) and very close to transport. I ask guests to tell me if something doesn't work or if they are unhappy with something. For my own convenience, I never run out of handwash. I've invested in ecologically friendly refillable glass ones as I swear guests eat the stuff. I don't have a bin in the bathroom but there's one in the adjacent toilet. I have two kitchen bins one for general rubbish and one for recyclables. But my house isn't nearly as bad as the one you've written about. I must get out the roundup to hit those damn weeds that grow between the concrete cracks.
