If it makes you feel any better, I have lichen sclerosis too. Apparently it's an auto immune disease. I was diagnosed so many years ago I've forgotten when. I've also developed rheumatoid arthritis which is also an autoimmune disease. I hate them both! My eldest daughter has inherited the LS too.
