I wish I’d ignored people who told me I was fat. It led me on a life of yo-yo dieting.

She is not obese or anything like it. She is only 50kg, but she keeps going on diets despite my assurance. It’s so destructive. And each time we meet for lunch, it’s only salad. ☹️
