I used to have an inflatable neck pillow until I tried one filled with little white polystyrene balls. So much more comfortable. It coverts into a normal small rectangular pillow which i use every night when travelling. Iy also has a clip to clip to the handle of my carry-on. I agree with all of the other things to make your flight more comfortable.
