I use Bolt wherever I’m travelling in Europe. It’s much cheaper and if I’m happy with the driver, I give a tip. If I’m treated like shit, only happened twice, once a woman in Bydgoszcz and once by a young jerk in Krakow, I reported my dissatisfaction. Later I found out their amount was “taxed” by the company. I’ve probably mentioned them in my stories. I tried to use an Uber yesterday. Never again!
