I travel on a budget. I am not so well-off to donate to any of these great causes, but what I do when I travel is to support the local businesses, cafes, shops etc. I enjoy the real local cuisine and I don't frequent Maccas at home in Australia so avoid food chains when I travel. The one exception is Starbucks - their hot white chocolate is the bomb.
