I think I've lost 1/2 inch since I was a teenager. Because the discs in my spine are getting more compressed I'm still 5 ft 9 so I can reach most things. And I don't feel the cold. I love the cold in Europe in winter. I hate the heat we get here. I don't wear a coat at all during winter here.
