I love Christmas markets and this one looks right up my alley. We were told a similar story about why Rothenburg wasn't bombed during the war but it was an American general in this story not a princess, but whatever, it's lovely to see a lot of traditional German towns. I'll have to write about Rothenburg Christmas market!
