I hear you. I keep telling myself it's only money. We sold our house for $125, 000. Just one year later, it was listed for $320,000. Then we bought a house for $135,000 and ten years later sold it for $160,000. Ten months later it sold for $230,000. $70,000 profit in 10 months. I ask myself could I have held on for another 10 months. The answer is no! I would probably have been dead!
