I had two days in Cappadocia on a tour. We were booked to hot air balloon on the first day and then the second, but the flights were cancelled due to the weather. It looked perfect to me! But there wasn't a single balloon flying on either day so I didn't even get to see a single balloon. We stayed in a cave hotel too, but not as nice as yours. I didn't go down very far... my knees weren't great even back then...and I really don't like being underground all that much. Love your story and your photos!
