I don’t know what lupus is nonorganic bronchiectasis but it doesn’t sound good. I have osteoarthritis which most of us 70+ have. I also have rheumatoid arthritis but it’s under control with meds. We are lucky in Australia. Our meds are very cheap or free here if you’re on a pension.
