I do this too but I don't think it's ADHD. It might be dissociative disorder though.

…aving ADHD in an era before it was identified as a learning disability, my ideas were rarely heard. Admittedly, I blurted them out as they came to me, interrupting whoever was talking, but … ADHD. (This habit has lessened, but not disappeared, as I’ve aged.)
