I didn't know about the purpose of the little chamber in the bridge at Ronda. When we stayed in Ronda, we booked a place that had a view of the bridge from the terrace ( a tiny patio). At night, sitting with our wine and cheese looking out onto the bridge all lit up was a wonderful experience.
