I definitely agree with this... my kids will never be able to afford their own house. I have two daughters who share, one son who shares a rental property with a mate and my daughter who has bought a unit has to rent out her bedroom and she sleeps in the spare room to be able to afford the mortgage. It's ridiculous. All have good jobs. My daughter teaches English at university.
