Great story and great work you’re doing helping to prevent food waste. As a society, we waste so much. I don’t buy vegetables any more. I buy them with good intentions of eating them but never do and end up throwing them in the bin. Now I buy ready prepared salads and vegetables. It’s more expensive to buy them this way but I buy less and always eat them.
