Fortunately I was a little older at 19 so I was able to finish my teaching degree. But I was forced to marry by my husband’s mother. She told everyone he was 3 months premmie when my son was born at 8 lb 4 oz. I don’t think anyone believed her! We divorced 10 years later. I was fortunate to have an education so was able to teach and support my three children.
