Here is today’s list! Did you tag me as well as Subhi Najar who wants to know? I feel honoured to be on the same page as Subhi. He is one talented writer and If the hat fits, wear it. The trouble is “dope” is one of those English words that used to mean “a stupid person” eg He’s a real dope — he can’t even tie his shoelaces. Now it can mean virtually the opposite. eg Oh man, that’s so dope, meaning it’s very good. Let’s not get into the other type of dope.

In such esteemed company as the writers I hang out with, I feel like I’m the dunce of the class. Not to say I don’t try but I’m no Jane Austen. I do think I’m a better writer than that woman who wrote Fifty Shades of Grey.

1. When did you start writing? Is there a specific story? I’ve kept a travel journal for a very long time, all handwritten. My first typewritten story was shared on a blog I wrote for my friends. Here it is. I hope I’ve improved since then.
