A Rom-Com That I Can Watch Again and Again.
Topic 5 in Keeley’s original February challenge
Oh there are so many! Not sure they’re all comedies but they’re all romantic. One of my faves to watch again and again is The Holiday with Jude Law, Jack Black, Kate Winslett and Cameron Diaz.
And of course The Notebook with Ryan Gosling and Amy McAdams. Last night I watched The Broken Hearts Gallery. I loved it! The female lead Geraldine Viswanathan is not your average Hollywood heroine and Dacre Montgomery is new to me too. Amazingly, they are both Australians. I can imagine I’ll watch this one a few times.
I rewatch any rom-com starring Jennifer Aniston. I love her to pieces. Oh, I forgot Grease! I’ve watched it dozens of times. Oh and Mamma Mia. I love the music from both of them. And the new A Star is Born. I originally didn’t want to watch it because I thought nothing could be as good as the movie with Kris Kristofferson and Barbra Streisand. How wrong could I be? The movie starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga just blew me away. I’ve seen it at the movies a few times already.
Rom-com movies are my favourite genre as are rom-com series. Just finished watching Emily in Paris. Can’t wait for the next season.
