16. A Book or Author I Could Read Again and Again
I have many favourite authors – Bryce Courtney, Bill Bryson, Frank McCourt, Ruth Park, Hugh Lunn, and quite a few favourite books – April Fool’s Day, Swords and Crowns and Rings, A Walk in the Woods (the book is soooo much funnier than the movie!), Angela’s Ashes and Over the Top with Jim but the one I’ve just started reading again is Wild Swans by Jung Chang. Am I having déjà vu or did I just write about this not too long ago?
My books are my babies. I have hundreds if not thousands of them. They’ve been breeding in my double garage and have overflowed to a very tall bookcase in my lounge as well as to Caelin’s bookcase. I just read “ That’s Not My Dinosaur” to him and he kissed the dinosaur on every page.
I hope that means he’s going to love books as much as his mum and I do.
